What will a Dealer be responsible for? Working with the client on the following:

    • Following up with Leads
    • Choosing a building model and floorplan
    • Providing Pricing on a standard or custom floorplan
    • Selecting Finishing Materials and Décor options for the home
    • Finalizing the Pricing and Completing the Purchase Order
    • Scheduling a site visit to assess the final house location and foundation and delivery needs
    • Educating the client of the build process and site preparation. Assisting the client to arrange site and foundation preparation.
    • Preparing the Job site – Foundation, access, etc.
    • Visiting the Job site and Manage sub-contractors
    • Arranging a manufacturing plant tour to view your home during construction (on-site in person or online virtually)
    • Communicating the build process updates and final completion dates
    • Completing the Delivery, Installation and Onsite Product Placement
